Printing methods

Our designs are transmitted in different techniques to your favorite shirt. Here you can see what qualities are used for printing. In the BUNNY-MATIC you can choose from the following printing techniques, depending on your personal preference.

 

Flex-Print

Flex-Print is a technique in which the design is cut out of colored sheets and then welded to the desired product. Flex is characterized by the following properties:

  • Brilliant colors: The colors are bright and have high contrast.
  • High durability: Tests have shown that shape and color brilliance of the pressure change even after 100 washings barely noticeable.
  • It is also elastic and durable, even thin lines do not break.

Special-Flex-Print

Special-Flex-Print is made of different printing-foils with special visual effects:

  • Glitter and Sparkle: The design glistens in the light. The printing foil is similar to Sparkle this confetti of colored metal leaf, glitter is a little finer and the metallic paint on cars comparable. Both foils are characterized by a high color intensity
  • Camouflage: A camouflage-Print foil look. It has the green-brown camouflage texture, which is characteristic of army clothing.

Flock-Print

Flock-Print is a technique in which the design is cut out of colored sheets and then welded to the desired product. Flock-Print is characterized by the following properties:

  • Elegant Appearance: The printing has a velvety, fabric-like surface. Since the print film is relatively thick (0.5 mm) the subject will appear slightly raised on the fabric and feels like a thin layer of plush.
  • The printing colors glow soft.
  • High durability: motives in flocking retain their brilliant colors, even after many washings.

Digital Printing

The ideal of printing for photographs and colorful designs with many colors and color gradients.

The ink is sprayed directly onto the garment. Compared to digital transfer the subject feels to be reflected in softer and more pleasant.

For long lasting joy with our shirts, please note the following care instructions:
