Fair Return Policy

Every product ordered at HASENFARM is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.

Promise:

• If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
• If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

Safe Payment

Methods of payment available are based on the country where the order was received from and the total amount on the bill.

Credit card:
Your credit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider Bibit. After necessary verifications have been completed your order will then be processed.

PayPal:
The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Spreadshirt. After verifications have been completed by PayPal your order will then be processed. (Not available for all countries.)

Check/money order:
Check orders must be drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank and will not begin processing until your payment arrives. Please note all checks received will be converted to ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions and will be debited from your account. This process may take up to 5 business days. Please note we do not accept starter checks. (Not available for all countries.)

Member account:
If you are a Spreadshirt Shop Partner or Marketplace Contributor and you have enough commission earned in your account, then you can pay with the commission in your account. This option will be shown only when your account has enough commissions accumulated to cover the order.

Fast Delivery

95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment.

Prerequisites for speedy delivery:

• Payment in full to our account
• Complete shipping and billing addresses
• No problems with the design or product

Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. The shipping times below represent how long delivery will take once it leaves HASENFARM.

3 Day Select and Next Day Air Saver cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for these shipping options, we will ship your order via our Standard shipping option.

We use selected, high quality clothing from renowned manufacturers such as Amercian Apparel, Dickies, Gildan and Bella. The hare and rabbit designs are handcrafted to your new favorite product. Thus, each piece is unique and we can ensure that you get lovingly produced and tested product.
